Another Horde leader needs to die

Right now I’d rather wait for the “kid” to grow his spine back than have him killed since it wouldn’t really leave much of a mark. If not for the fact Greymane went and pass the leadership to his daughter I’d maybe suggest him but now… Moira, Jaina and Alleria seem like they would have the biggest impact although unlikely that any of those would happen

Ah, clear. Cheers.

Although I don’t actually think that’s the premise of this thread.
It seems to me to exist to antagonize certain fanatical horde players on these forums.
Or at the very least ridicule similar threads made by those fanatical horde players.

I just want the Alliance to be rid of that “In lockstep behind a single leader”-trope, the same way the Horde is now, having an entire faction chained hand and foot to the will of a single leader makes all the other racial leaders just extras as a result, look what it did to the Horde, they’re completely lost without a Warchief to waddle behind like a bunch of ducklings.

I’d like more stories about racial conflicts and issues, rather than faction ones, keep the factions, for all the obvious and often-debated gameplay reasons, but don’t have each act like a single hive mind anymore.

Yes its good start, no reason to start stumble minor details in this case. Just chop heads off and move next like thrall example

To be fair Alliance already pulls it off better than Horde does since they do have more in terms of established and memorable characters they can use. All of Bronzebeards, Tyrande and Malfurion, Jaina etc. All have their presence and stronger personality. Horde’s been so gutted they really lack characters to make that council of races work.

Then the way to go would be to build up new characters (Or under-developed existing ones), instead of everybody pining for getting Sylvanas back, so the nobodies can be swept under the rug again…

Besides, DF sidelined several established Alliance characters (Tyrande, Malfurion, Genn Greymane), and their replacements have done naff all so far, so it’s not a Horde only problem, Blizz urgently needs to build up some new characters.

Hey! Save some room for the Alliance Leaders to go to the Shadowlands!

help, my horde characters lost their teeth and dentures are impossible to get in the horde.

please look for them for me. i feel my horde characters’ spines following next.

The alliance leaders never die that is the main issue.

Khadgars legs died but atleast he has magic to make up for it

Well varian died. Alliance not doing any better than horde there is no king.

And that was your only loss. All other original leaders are alive.

Only and straight killing blow because there is not true Leander for alliance anymore. Anduin? No hes playing Aragorn. rest “leaders” well whatever they are not really leaders. Or Tyralion? He just keeping throne seat warm for Anduin. In reality he just going to give up it just like that no way. So alliance is in same mess with horde with empty throne. Maybe garrosh and Sylvanas can be compared to Varian lossi but even they kill all remaining “horde” alliance puppet leaders it not come even close to losing strong real faction leader like Varian, garrosh or sylvanas

Yea, he did. Seemingly the deves treated both factions equally that day. In reality though, they gave Varian an awesome, heroic death on the battlefield, while the leader of the faction whose battle shout is “Victory or Death” received a lame stab wound and ended up dying from injuries in his home.

Just that Voljin time as warchief was same than no warchief at all. And it ended legion opening. After strong leader like garrosh, sylvanas start as warchief was right choise. Both faction need that one strong leader who says that this happening not have to like it but it happens anyway

The Trolls seem they are on a mission of rage baiting today.

It could actually make for an interesting story. Anduin has no children or siblings. Did Varian have any siblings. It could be in interesting succession storyline. Who would be the next inline for the throne of Stormwind.

Okay, I’m in let’s kill Anduin.

No one, down with the monarchy, anarchy in sw! :metal:

Contrary to the topics request. I think we need a few Alliance leaders to die to balance out the amount of times the Horde has been the “boo-man” for leaders dying.

Do you think the horde could handle the build up without throwing a fit ?

Losing territory, being defeated and so on to make the threat look serious.
