Nope. Only if it appears you used a teleportation device (e.g. log in from Holland and then 10 minutes later log in Edinburgh or wherever)
What can Happen is that Blizzard resets your Account password if they think you do shady stuff. Happend to me

This seems like the sensible thing. It’s not bannable to have had your login stolen; but the account might get paused if Blizz think something is amiss.

Tbh, I’m happy to know they’re on watch like that. My bnet contact details are up to date, if they think my account is compromised, I am very happy for them to send me a link where I can quickly verify my identity and reset my password and say yes, that was me, don’t worry.

Yes Sure there are alot shady ppl out there
Just open a ticket asking the same question and at the same time telling them where you are about to go so if you get banned you can back it up and get an easy unban.
Trust me, he most likely did. xD Had one in a guild too that swore up and down he didn’t and his accounts got hacked and a few other things… He did.
