A 6 months subscription costs less than 6x 1 month subscriptions. There’s nothing debatable about that.

If you play those 6 months at its full limit then yes. In theory you are right.

In theory.

So explain your vision on the practical side of a 6 month sub with a month discount?

If you can only play the game 6 days out of a week. That’s 24 days wasted over 6 months. Take into consideration that you might quit a week out of boredom. Than you are sitting at a full month of wasted game time.

Let alone it is very rare for people to get hooked towards the game, especially with long content drought like in retail.

If you play 6 days out of a week, that’s still 24 lost days accumulated over 6 separate monthly subscriptions, even if they’re not bought consecutively…

I hope you stretched before that comment, I’d hate for you to hurt your back because that sir, is quite a reach. I play like 3x a week by that method even though I play every week on those days in a single month I’ve lost out of over half of my sub, It doesn’t matter if you play once a week or 7 days a week, the monthly cost is the same, therefore, if you know you won’t be taking breaks, the 6 month sub is cheaper.

Okay i can see your point but i think your version is imo overdone, especially the “week being bored”-part is imo far fetched.

If you would have come with the story that every 3 months you’re 3 months at sea for work or similar kind of job-requirements, yeah i would see that as a valid complaint but then again, that person would have a job so he/she can pay for things he/she likes.

“It’s only” excuses out in full force.

WHO cares, it’s only 1 mount you don’t have to buy with gold!
WHO cares, it’s only 1 boost!
->WHO cares, it’s only cosmetics. (WE ARE HERE)
WHO cares it’s only several new mounts/toys added to the cash shop.
WHO cares it’s only the same WoW gold token from retail.

Depends. If you bought 6 months ahead and after 4 weeks you quit one week. That’s already adding towards it.

If one played for 4 months, they’d save money.

Yeah but your point is also only a theory. We can give the same one, that 1 month is not worth it because you can always stop after one week or two or 3 and you will always lose something. And btw if you have 6months sub and quit for longer period of time theres high chance blizz will refound that time to your account after a ticket.

So as long you can afford it then F everyone else right? You do realize this is a game with a age of 12+ right? sure i can afford it to as i work, but what about little timmy at the age of 12, explane how he should pay for the item or 6 months sub?

Why should I care about ‘little Timmy’? He doesn’t have to buy the stuff if he can’t afford it. I can. If I earn enough in one month to pay for 20 years of wow subscription and little Timmy doesn’t that’s not my problem. Little Timmy needs to study hard, do well, and he can earn his own money. Too many broke losers expecting the world to owe them a living. Get over it.

They used to do this, but they do not.

“Einstein was right. human stupidity is truly without limits” you’re right if you cant even see what blizzard is doing.

but yet again blizzard is counting on stupid people to buy their things.

I don’t think you can link intelligence to the purchase of things one enjoys. That you try shows how utterly desperate you are to tarnish the opinions of those who disagree with you.

Weird how you’re fine with others selling and buying these items on ebay but when Blizzard sells the exact same item you have a problem with it.

Yes. I love that part. I also bought my console games 2nd trade. You got a problem with that?

Weird how you didn’t have the same tone with the guy who made the first comment describing what you found so ill.

Who says we’re fine with that either?
Just because you bought your account on Ebay doesn’t mean everyone else did

You bought them 2nd trade because they were cheaper. In this case, Blizzard’s option is cheaper than ebay.

The lack of forum posts complaining about it says you’re fine with it.

Well obviously they aren’t comparable but I buy 2nd trade because companies charge too much for low quality products. Same as Blizzard does.
