- Developers’ note: We’re making some adjustments to Affliction with the goal of allowing Warlocks to opt into spending Soul Shards to reduce the amount of global cooldowns spent applying damage over time and curse effects to enemies, so more time can be spent on higher-impact spells.
- Rapid Contagion has been removed. (this is 45% damage nerf)
- New PvP Talent: Jinx – Casting a curse now applies Corruption and Agony to your target, but curses now costs 1 Soul Shard. – if that was unstable affliction would be good (sadly its not good solution)
- Corruption damage is now increased by 25% in PvP combat (was 10%). (small buff)
- Agony damage is now increased by 40% in PvP combat (was 25%). (small buff)
- Unstable Affliction damage is now increased by 40% in PvP combat (was 25%). (10% nerf on damage
)
- Oblivion now costs 2 Soul Shards (was 3). (useless thing noone is playing it)
- Rampant Afflictions now reduces the damage of Unstable Affliction by 50% (was 25%). (as mentioned above buff became nerf 10%)

while looking at other people buffs
healers got buffed on healing, well seems another patch with another useless changes
