Hello, Blizzard.
May we have some answers about what happend midnight 2-3 june? Whole servers and battlenet app went offline. Many people who play hardcore died, we in the hardcore community were most hit because of the characters died. Ive seen post here on the forums and on reddit that it was not only Hardcore that was affected by this but also retail. Many people on retail where in bg/Delves/dungeons ETC but they just whiped and didnt loose their characters like the hardcore players did. They to want some answers on what happend that midnight, hardcore players want to know the most because of a ress that can happend or not. Me and many other players want ress because it was wide EU servers went down and we didnt have the chance to log back in and try and save our characters, because it was log in queue when blizzard app went online again.
Its been 3 days now since the disconnect/DDOS and we were hoping to get some answers on whats happening next and what happend that midnight. Because as a post posted on the forum before if you transfer your character to ERA servers you will not be ressed on Hardcore, so now many players are just waiting on what to do because we want to play on our characters on hardcore but if we dont get a ress on our chars many will transfrer to ERA and continue there, but witout our friends since they are still on hardcore.
Us players are getting tierd of waiting on answers since when this happend last time (onlyfangs) they got answer within 1-2 days but now when its not big streamers affected you take long time, we just want to know what happend and what will happend, do we get ress on our chars or will we not get a ress?
