Any addon that replaces enemy target portraits with their class icons?

I often have trouble targeting the enemy I need in arena because I just dont recognize which class I am targeting from how they look.

If there is any simple addon that just lets me replace the portrait to a class icon I would be glad if someone told me about it.

You can turn on enemy name plates (or just enemy players) via the default UI at Interface > Names.
That would work so much better than figuring out their class based on the portrait, as name plates for players are colour coded.
