Is there a addon that shows you how much you can sell it on or how much it is selling on the auction house?
It’s hard to know if an item you get can be sold for alot of gold on the auction house.

Auctionator does it but doesn’t tell the current price for the item, instead shows the price last time it scanned. You have to keep scanning if you want to see current price always.

Although, I do use TSM. There is probably a more suitable and less complicated Addon for OP’s needs.
If you want to know its sale price to a vendor, it should be on the item description. The add-on I use for the AH is The Undermine Journal but I’ve had it for years so there may be better ones.
