nah, channel demon fire still sucks SUPER hard, nobody gonna use that , soulfire is still superbad so nobody gonna use that, and well there was all the buffs for pvp, for pve the buffs on conflag and incinerate is good.

Dest can do some dmg in extremely niche situations.

if u wanna roll over ppl - play melee
if u are masochist - play lock + dest
