Because camping outside the main hub there to kill clueless players to get your quest done is such a fine example of a PvP encounter?
Get over it. The Alliance only gets into a battle if they heavily outnumber it and/or on spots where it is practically impossible to react - to complete their AOO quest. Otherwise they flee the scene faster than a rocket on steroids.
Remove…any…and…every…reward…from…War Mode. The only real solution.

I’ve played both factions for many years… On a PvP realm when that was a thing.
And both factions have a tendency to attack when they’re 100% certain they’ll win, and withdraw if victory is less certain.
Both factions have plenty of people willing to corpsecamp and graveyard camp.
No side holds the moral highground here. There’s a reason I turned off warmode when it became a thing.
90%+ of world-pvp encounters are uneven fights where one side is completely steamrolled by the other.
But I don’t disagree with you on removing any and all rewards from warmode.
It shouldn’t have any quests and it shouldn’t have any +% xp/gold/rep or anything like that tied to activating it.
Just let it be there for those who enjoy world pvp.
We didn’t get special treatment for playing on pvp servers back in the day after all.

Looked to me like both sides weren’t happy with it, just you had some standard noodlehead Yank poster to try make it sound like the Horde were the only ones unhappy about it.

Yes always horde is blizz favorite even developers themselves playing as horde so that’s why they have to step in and help them out while alliance were crying in bfa for unfair pvp events.
I did turn WM off.
Shards are either only horde players with 0 Alliance in sight or full of Alliance because they need their welfare quests.
Wpvp will never be fixed without blizzard making it such that it grants no PVE bonus at all.
Imagine thinking the horde is any different.

Horde mentality is to engage at sight, no matter the odds.
Alliance mentality is pack mentality, either move in groups or don’t.
This is the effect of one side massively outnumbering the others, you can’t expect them to have the same behavior.
Even in BGs there is a MASSIVE attitude and behavior difference.
