This staff has no secondary stats, but it has a chance of granting a haste buff whenever you do damage.
Has anybody tried this with destruction or affliction? It looks to me it would work well with a lot of dots or channel demonfire.
found no mention on the staff on any websites with class guides… the embellishment slot is better used on another craft.
