Any good addons that shows enemy player class on health bar?

ThreatPlates. In addition to other stuff it shows icon of player class near health bar.

It’s the same I am currently using. Not very good imo, because the enemy and friendly bars get mixed and the bars take a great deal of space on screen. Would help if the friendly bars would be somewhat transparent or somehow made more distinguishable from enemy health bars.

You can turn off friendly bars.

Also, I just checked, you can change transparency for friendly bars.
