Any good nameplate addon?

before taking a break i was using an addon i have forgotten its name .it used to show me enemy players plates in big different colors and their health in pvp and also enemy npc health above their character and for allies too if you are a healer and have to heal your allies . can you recommend me some such nameplate addons that are easier to use ?

Should be able to do all this with Threat Plates: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/tidy-plates-threat-plates It is very customizable, but will do pretty much anything you want.

TidyPlates, as Murr linked, is one.

I prefer KUI Namepates however. (it’s not a full UI, despite the name, just healthbars).

I use NeatPlates, it’s the same as TidyPlates but they update it regularly

That’s usually something you can fix for yourself with some Health bars addons.

I currently use ElvUI for nameplates, but I really miss a function that used to be ingame for nameplates: that the plates would never go off screen. It is particularly frustrating with tall mobs. Before, the plates would never go off screen, and they would instead tile near the top of the screen.

Are there any nameplate addons that do that?

So if I understand this correctly, this is a “under the hood” fix that works on all the nameplate addons?
