How would a barbershop mount even work? Would there be a goblin standing behind you cutting your hair as you ride around? Would it be like the chauffeured one where a goblin is driving you around while you sit in a barber chair?
Barbershop “mount” sounds like it’d be a toy.
I have put off buying the spider, I hate them 
(Old) Darnassus doesn’t have a barber. I do not think the Exodar does, either - but I’ve been there less often. 
I googled ,and turns out UC has one also.

Spiders, just eww.
They tried burning away some excess foliage to make room for one, but we all know how that turned out.
It used to be the closest one I could use when levelling a belf. Just teleport to UC and go down into the sewers 
I am not even a NElf and I still felt a personal burn from that.
