I also posted in the community disccusion channel and was wondering if anyone can appease my confusion. Any means necessary was nerfed to 80& of mastery value for demon hunters, since I have 37.66% mastery that means it should be nerfed to 30.1% for any spell that falls within AMN, however instead it say 24.1% which is around 63% of my mastery does anyone else’s mastery within any means necessary fall to lower than the intended 80% value?
