Is there a Auto-Accept / Auto-Turn in addon for dragonflight ?

^ I can really vouch for Leatrix, one of the few non-pvp addons I use. You might even discover other nice functionalities that make it hard to live without it when you get used to it :smile:

I’ve never used it myself, but Azeroth Autopilot perhaps?

AAP is discontinued I heard. There’s a successor but it probably won’t be ready for launch.

Leatrix plus I highly recommend for quest accept/handing automation.
