I am between Venthery or Necrolord for PVE (raid and m+) and also some PVP. I saw Necrolord is better than Venthery but why are some Venthery MW monks?
I would like to understand the reason why some people chose Venthery for their MW?
Another question, is the Venthery spell bug? I have read some post complaining about this spell for MW saying it is buggy.
Just because of the CD.
The 3 min fallen Order is a nice to have fire and forget cooldown.
The Port with extra CC or freedom or extra lifeshield ist also nice
PvP wise its OK…
If you are pushing M+ then Venthyr is probably the play because it’s the least popular covenant. The chances of you having a DPS/Tank Venthyr is very low, so the healer can play Venthyr so you can do Sanguine Depths and Halls of Atonement on high keys. I believe that is why there are some Venthyr MW’s. It’s probably the worst in raids though.
Everyone gets instantly deleted in 2 second stuns in PvP nowadays so Bonedust Brew isn’t gonna do much to protect against burst (since it’s a GCD that does nothing on the first tick and takes ages to travel in the air if you throw it far away) while with Fallen Order you can press it before you’re about to be ccd and still put out healing while in CC.
I like Venthyr for the teleport and Fallen Order… Both are usefull both in pve and pvp… The teleport is also a very good juke in pvp due to it being shadow., enabling you to continue to heal if you get kicked on the shadow school… I do this all the time, also the teleport dissy conduit is also very nice…
Im a casual player tho, probably wont do the higher keys or higher pvp brackets so it doesnt really matter that much which covenant I chose…
This is something I have a hard time believing. People don’t whisper you after a decline lol. I have done a lot of keys throughout BFA and SL, and this has never ever happened to me.
