Accidentally crafted the same ring twice, didn’t notice it was unique-equipped. Rip Enchanted Whelpling Crest. Rip 2500 gold along with that. Is there any way to turn it into another ring somehow? Or something?
You can turn it into an enchanting crystal.

Since it will be BoP the only thing you could do is disenchant it for mats as Dejarous said.
For future reference so you don’t get caught out again, as far as i’m aware all rings (and trinkets) are unique-equipped.
See it positively, if you disenchant it and sell the Crystal on the AH, you atleast might make back 10%.

you can try making a ticket to a gm, but i’m not sure if they bother with accidents like that when it omes to items
Nothing you can do about that one sadly, however whelpling crests are a relatively low impact reward that you’ll very soon have more of than you’d have a use for. I take it from this post you sorted out how to do the crafting head start stuff I showed you?
