Seems to be an on-going issue withdrawing and depositing items to the Guild Bank on Doomhammer/Turalyon, and I wonder if this issue also happens on other realms at the moment.

I’m not having problems on Kul Tiras (which usually shares a shard with Doomhammer/Turalyon).
I’m presuming you’ve checked the permissions for each tab … if they’re ok, all I can suggest is make a bug report ingame (though it would be useful to work out why some people can and some can’t and whether it’s all banks or just some).
It is definitely not a tab permission issue, and many other players have reported the same problem in the Trade chat.
I have already created a bug report.
Can confirm the same issue/problem even with different WoW Accounts and different Blizzard/Battle.Net Accounts.

There is an active thread about this in the Technical Support forum. Its a known issue, and is under active investigation, according to the Blue poster.
