Which is part of the reasons why I started this project of mine: An update on my project
I still hope more people will try it out for themselves to help people new to rated PvP, because we all know the rated scene needs fresh blood.
To summarize it very briefly: This project I’m doing is basically me providing individual help to someone, but I’m not offering professional-quality coaching so it’s better to view it as just a “helping hand” from someone with a little more experience.
Which anyone here can do if they want to. You don’t need to copypaste the project the way I’ve made it, it’s up to you to set your own criterias and way of doing it. What matters is just that we start offering help without people needing to spend RL money or gold (or both) to pay for it.
I hope Blizzard will adopt this concept eventually, and put in a mentorship program into the game for PvE & PvP. But the chance of that happening increases the more of a social trend it becomes, if it can manage to become a trend at all. So it’s up to us to take the initiative first, to show Blizzard it’d help if they adopted such a concept as well.
