Since today it asked me to login again on forums and since then only this character is showing .no retail character shows up .I have relogin multiple times and have removed cookies and other shenanigans

Same thing for me, only Classic characters show up.

It hasn’t told me to relog, but if I try to switch character it does indeed just show my classic character I made for the undead protodragon and the pandaren for… whatever that promotion was

This is clearly blizzards way of telling us that Classic is the superior version and that they’ll be scrapping retail entirely instead of releasing Midnight 
Oh no well its back to mop classic then after remix and pray wod classic while running SoO 1001 time again. Would not like quit wow again anyway
There is a thread in CS about it now. If any of you are still having issues, might be worth adding your comments there (after checking the armory first ofc)

fun times .i am getting 500: Internal Server Error Our servers seem to be on fire. That’s okay, things are going to be okay. In the meantime, here are some helpful links that are not on fire (yet).

The solution is to only have 1 character. That can never bug… 
Clearly a perk of being a one trick forum poster!
Well, having 200 paladins is also a solution. If one of them bugs, you default to Paladin #137
