Seeing a LOT of people begging for 2h to return, and with some, in my opinion, questionable posts - but I get it, it’s passion.
Can I see some more dual wielding woopwoop? Fans of Thassarian?
Or tell me, what do you think the split is % wise of:
People begging for 2h and hate 1h
People who like the dual wielding fantasy
People who don’t care/don’t mind either
Seen some examples of each of them as I perused the forums. I for one like dual wielding. Never minded what we got. I really want other parts of the game to be improved. Not like any class is perfect in my tastes anyway.
Pointless post but I just wanted to talk. Hope everyone is well and gets what they want from the game.

I am a 1h hater. I started playing frost in Wrath in legion when 2h was taken from me I swapped to unholy. This is how much I hate 1h. Most of us are fans of the lich king or the death knight in general. My whole emersion and fantasy is broken by the 1h. Also Thassarian is using 2 x 2h…

dont care for 1H or 2H apart from having frost as a balanced spec.
having said that, 2H would help me with offspec as i mostly tank ill always focus on geting the best 2H and thus i have dps’ed as unh, given 2H frost becames balanced then would let me choose which one i would prefer
I did not mind dual wield back when there was an option to choose between dw and 2h but when they started to restrict most melee to dual wield i started and i still hate dual wield crap.

Yes, imo frost should be wielding 2x 1 handers, it’s a perfect diversification and playstyle. Of course, they’d need to hit for about 35% more as the damage currently is severly lacking, all abilities being nerfed by 50% in pvp. (lol)
If the idea of a 2hander is to enable more damage, Im not against it.
But I dont need 2handers, I would prefer this, as it offers a nice look and cosmetic initiative and the fighting looks better and flows smoother (faster hits)
It’s a weird community wish, not impactful at all, but for what it’s worth at least there be a choice.
i don’t care about 1h as long as we always have the option to use 2h frost aswell.
Why even argue? Both are gonna be a thing again.

1h will be better for 2 runes so i hope they make it so a 2h can have 2 runes
I wasn’t arguing. I was asking to see how much of the population of DK players were against dual wield frost. My post was made before seeing the Shadow lands information.

Answering directly the big question.
I don’t like 1h frost because then I need to collect 3 weapons in order to play both unholy and frost, and weapons are hard to come by.

I don’t think anyone was strictly AGAINST dual wield . But many just preferred 2h over it

I love the speed that 1h provides. It all depends on the person, do you prefer strength or speed? I personally prefer speed.
I love my DK dual wielding. As long as that isnt removed, I have no beef. Both options feels like the work well with the visual theme.

too many wannabe arthas wanted two hander back but for me dual wielding has been the iconic look for a long time both Darion Mograine and Thassarian use it well darion used it until he became a unholy because frost sucks 
that was one of the small anoyances with class hall, going to assume darion was because last time we saw him in ICC he was already like that. but nazgrim (he even uses the same armor as dranosh) should have been blood and koltira unholy he was the iconic guy of the AMZ from the starting questline
guessing the bodyaguard system was less apealing with a hulking orc than a belf
I like 2h but I more like 2x1h (finally wotlk version). I miss for a 2h Blood DK DPS.
I kinda like it. I really wanna see what 2h frost is like because i didn’t play wow back when it was. Also i would love to see dk transmogs with Warglaives of azzinoth if that ever happens then i would go all out 1h
I didn’t at first. But I love 1h Frost now. We’ve got some pretty sweet weapons for it too thanks to Legion.
