Im loving everything about this expansion so far, its off to a really solid start. Feels like they have had a big shift in their game philosophy and it def made things more appealing.
Obviously art and music are top notch as always, dragon riding is awesome, cinematics and cut scenes are their best ever IMO, talent trees was a really positive change.
And Ive never been so keen to track down all the little side quests and encounters as I am with this expansion…they’ve all been fun to do.
Havent really got to grips with professions yet or done any dungeons/seen raids but its all looking good.
I think it really helps coming off the back of SL though…that one really was a clunker. It started you in possibly the most depressing zone in the entire game and then introduced you to a totally different world you had no connection with.
It was like stepping through the wardrobe into Narnia…only if Narnia had been a big pile of poo.

The player base will always chew through content faster than what the devs can create. The trick is in making repeatable content be fun and not feel like work.
That be true, ive been farming wraithon layely for 6/6 black dragonflight mounts + 398 cloak outside of this finding all the quests.
Once thats done just gonna be a case of doing the world quests everytime they repop and advanced dragon races.
Had no motivation to do any alts so far, seems like a fair whack to do realistically, i think most just skip 90% of the content and then say theres no content

I really like this expansion, it’s really hard to find anything negative about it but as the human nature goes, there is always something people will complain about.
I might even say this is the best expansion so far, but that is too early to say. We are still on honeymoon and I’ll circle back to this after a few weeks
Absolutely love it. And the dragonriding is the best part for me. I managed to get all the glyphs very early on and sometimes I just spend time dragonriding around each zones just for fun.

I never fly to my closest objective anymore…always find a reason to fly to the farthest one first!!LOL
As one of them there filthy casuals, whom also you know, likes to play solo open world…

I have done the majority of quests both campaign and side, apart from any that involve a dungeon and last night I got half way to level 69 I believe and I have just been asked to step into the Azure Span.
I enjoyed the centaurs area hugely, I love the lore, the pagan aspects, the tribal culture, as a Hunter on a RP realm it was greatly immersive, and while “some” people have been disturbed by the addition of representation of diversity, I have adored how progressive this is.
It’s lovely to get back to my roots as a character, it’s been all big wars and darkness for a bit it’s nice to see society and community around me, to feel a part of the world.
There are some improvements they can make I suppose, but all in all it’s great!

Im loving it. It’s one of the best expansions so far to me, and surely THE BEST from a world point of view, I’d go as far and say even better than vanilla world. I wish all the expansions had a world like this.
Yesterday evening I should’ve kept going on and get ready for the raid tier, instead, I’ve been flying around valdrakken, just exploring. It’s been a joy, the last time I’ve done this was in Kul Tiras and by then it was only inside the city, THIS world on the other hand is ALL interesting. Man I do hope this sets a new standard for blizzard because I don’t want to go back to how it was before!

Hahaha I know I am gay myself and the amount of gay characters is pretty ridiculous. I thought ‘‘Oh am I in Brighton/San Fransiscio’’
Oh right now I still like Legion better.
Just because I could play as much as I wanted and always had something to do; which is not the case for DF.
The patch cadence of DF will very much be the make-or-break aspect imo. If they can get a Legion-esque patch content release schedule going, this expansion is going to be wonderful (if the upcoming content isn’t awful of course).
It is very noticeable yes. That’s hardly ‘representation’. Because irl you don’t see gay people everywhere; it’s a minority. If it wasn’t a minority, the human race would go extinct.
So having it be everywhere in WoW is a bit too much; and I’m all for inclusivity, mind you.
It’s too early to tell. Yes you can love it, but season hasn’t even started yet. Shadowlands was insanely fun for the first week too.
Imagine DF having that long seasons KEK. It would be a clown fiesta and RIP fun expansion.

No, it wasn’t. Not for me anyway.
I haven’t had this much fun gaming WoW in years.
The new expansion looks extremely promising, judging from content so far.
Really feels like Blizzard put their soul into creating this one, in much the same way you could feel it with MoP.
Lots of nice story content rewarded to those who are patient and doesn’t rush through the leveling experience as well.
So far I love it, and as said, looks very promising, even if of course way too early to tell for sure.
