Anyone Else Not Get Their Earth-Encrusted Gem From Council of Dornogal Renown 8?

GMs just told me to report the bug and that they cannot help restore items. So I reported the bug but this does not help me get my Gem.

Anyone else had this problem?

I have the same issue. only got the Resonance Crystal at renown 8 not the gem.
