Hey I’ve been running a bunch of delves last week at tier 8, like 20 or so and I haven’t received any curio upgrades, all are at rank 1/4, except the Zekvir one. Is this bugged or what?

No, I have a few 4/4 curios.
It’s well known issue. A lot of people seem to have the same problem, including myself. I’ve done 50+ delves, and still 1/4 on all of them besides the Zekvir one.
Considering how many bugs there are to do with delves, I’m sure this is another one.

I’ve had quite a few level 4 ones drop, but only from the bountiful delve chest and only starting from tier 7 or 8 I think.
same, i got the Zekvir one 4/4 but literally none of the others. All are 1/4. None of my 4 characters has gotten ANY upgrades. Meanwhile my husband gets a delve map bascially every single run he does and has all the curios at 4/4…
ive got about 5 4/4 ranks
they drop randomly
It must be random, as I have all at 4/4 now yet my friend who did same runs mostly with me, has all 1/4. I do now have the full cloak collection from delves though -.-
I’ve done 44 level 8 bountiful delves across 4 chars and all my relics are 1/4.

I have 2 of them at 4/4 currently
I doubt it’s random if some players have 1/4 despite having done a lot of Delves, whilst others have 4/4. That doesn’t appear like a natural outcome. Likely a bug.
Report it as an in-game bug. A lot of people I know who’ve been doing delves since EA are in the exact same boat. 1/4 on all but 1.
I’m also stuck at 1/4 on every single one.
I did a fair few more across 3 toons and maybe that is why I got lucky and filled all 4/4.
Just like not winning any loot in 4 raid runs in a row is unlucky and not a bug.
No idea why people assume they were bugged when RNG is a thing.
I just did 7 delves and got 4 curios from them.
You’re completely right, my streak of 44 delves with 0 curios last week was just “rng”. 
Handful of people moaning about “bugged”, compared to how many players actually done delves. Oddly no mass outcry. Just can’t be SOME are unlucky and RNG just cannot happen to them huh…
I’ve got 2 at 4/4 and the rest is 1/4. It is kinda weird to have zero other ranks, especially given how many delves I’ve done.
By the way (sorry for off-topic), is it only me, or does Zekvir one not count for “On Brand” achievement? Do you need to get 1/4 Zekvir somehow for it? I got only 4/4 and it is not in the achievement list.
- Fixed an issue where learning Relicblood of Zekvir would prevent other curios from dropping.
I guess that was the problem, but it’s supposed to be fixed now.
I’m still having this issue doing them each week and etc. and only one on 4/4 is Zekvir’s blood
