Runas the Shamed, obviously. In Shadowlands. No, not in some Iron Maiden in Revendreth, want him to be having grapes fed to him in Bastion by one of those owl goblins.
At the end of the questline in Azsuna, Runas turns withered, he does not die. So there is no reason for him to show up in Shadowlands

He might have got hit by a lorry after it so you never know.

Runas… he was a good man.
I don’t think anyone who did that quest needs reminding of what happened to Runas…but you’re right, nobody that we didn’t see die, died between the end of Legion and the beginning of Shadowlands

Which one is he again? The one in Aszuna? Hard to keep track of all the Nightborne you see wither. Tailoring chain had you kill one in the Violet Hold IIRC.
Dont think you had to kill them didnt you have to let them free or help them escape ?

I think you kill him as he is withered and imprisoned so you “put him out of his misery”.
