I just got a G-Sync monitor and WoW feels jerkier than the other games I’ve tried even though the framerate is actually a lot higher than those other games. Do I need any specific settings to get it working right? Is there a way to run in exclusive fullscreen or something?
My settings, which run super smooth, are:
-borderless fullscreen
-DX12 (very important!)
-vsync off in game
-vsync and gsync on in the nvidia control panel
-limit FPS to 141 in game

Oh btw, limiting to 141 FPS only applies if your display has 144hz.
If not then adjust it to your refreshrate.
