If i finish the campaign on my main can i skip on alt?

for now yes, I think they will release it in the coming weeks once enough people have progressed through it.
The Undermine campaign skip is in-game, i used it for a fresh alt this morning, takes you from entering the city straight to the “Kill Gallywix”-quest.
It has been released this week. You just need to do the story mode Gallywix kill and possibly epilogue - then every alt can skip to the kill.

Just use the teleport to undermine and talk to the guy behind the desk in the hotel. He has a skip option.

You can use a skip that takes you to a mission where you have to complete a raid and kill Gallywix. I did it myself on this warrior.
Once you have done campaigns then your alts can use teleporter to Undermine in Dornogal.
