For those who don’t know, shadowlands is releasing a food similar to bear tartare (Ms buff when you kill an enemy). Was wondering if it is as strong as bear tartare of if it is a weakened version of it.

The first link is to a spell that was added in SL beta, which is why it’s my bet.
I searched on wowhead but couldn’t find a direct answer in comments. Just speculation. I really hope it isn’t a weaker version of the current bear tartare but I guess only time will tell.
