Anyone remembers The Wolves Silhouette guild from around 2016?

I was a member of it around 2016/2017, but I left before they disbanded. Never heard what happened to it. Does anyone what happened to the guild? Would love to talk to some old guildies.

Hello everyone! I’m sure most of you know of the Wolves Silhouette, and how it vanished a few years ago. I’m new to forum posts and have never done a single one, but as I have taken the lead and became Commander I thought I would come on the forums to announce of our return. On further investigation it seems to be straight up gone. No armory page for the guild, nothing.

Yeah saw that too. Their Argent Archives page also got deleted. Spent like half an hour even searching the guild’s name.

I was a late former officer of the guild and the last officer to finally leave. The first disband was during mid legion.

There was a lot of IC being taken into OOC and vice versa, it became more quantity over quality which I voiced my concern. There was too much drama from guilds targeting The Wolves Silhouette and it caused so much stress for me I nearly quit WoW cause it was more solving Drama for thw guild leader than I was RPing.

There is a lot more that went on behind the scenes, however, the guild went dormant and came back just at the very end of legion which I did not return to, because the same thing happended.

And yes, it returned again under the leadership of Madmantle.

Edit Since after Legion, Venomheart did not return to WoW, I was told during BfA he was going to return to do some raiding but not sure if that was true or not. But as far as I know, he is no longer on WoW and of focusing on RL since his departure from the game.

Last days: 2017 December

• Some officers and a GM got upset we (me and some friends) had a private event without them and decided to spin some BS IC reason to punish us because of OOC, which resulted in some of us leaving and a few others too.

• Moving into the new year of 2018, a few seedy members were left to fester and from what I understand, the guild slowly fell apart and Venomheart got himself a nice new office job IRL and has since to bring back the Wolves.

I miss the Wolves and some of the people there but I think it was for the best that he stepped down and is doing a lot better now without the troubles of running such a guild.
