Couldn’t find any info on some of the popular sites or comments, has anyone created this lege and tested it a bit ?
Just got it from the campaign .
I am no expert but i think it can have its uses with unbound chaos talent for big Aoe Bursts but can be tricky to use in a good way compared to the other legendaries we have.
Sure i think you normaly should always do hunt after the eye Beam, Meeta, Eye Beam to have the extra haste % so the dot from the Hunt can benefit from this for maximum damage. So the question when using this is if you should start with the hunt to get the Agility buff first and then do your rotation to benefit from the Agility buff or not. Oherwise you get the big buff of Agility when all skills are on cooldown.
Jeddith explains it kinda good in this little older video from PTR testing but doing like this also means that you use all your initial burst before getting the extra Agility buff so i dont know if doing like this is good. He talks about it frim 06:50 into this video. It has also now been buffed from 3% to 4% Agility per target that is hit but the other legendaries are much easier to use so to say.

The burst can be insane for 5 targets / agi pot / korayan soulbind .
Yes it’s harder to use no doubt .

U need to play it with korayn soulbind and UNB talents.Rotation will look like this: Glave->Hunt on furthest target (make sure to hit 5 targets) for 20% agi then fel rush through all of them +eye beam+deathsweep into immmo with next rush for maximum Dps.This leggo has value only for uncapped aoe due to fel rush. You can make insane amount of dmg if play properly but overall CA leggo is easier to use and need to relay on bigger pulls. Tested this leggo myself in m+ on 17-18keys.

I love this lego more than others, because besides the damage it has a funny aspect for you. With big pulls, for example, 4-5 packs in NW at the start, I managed to give more damage than a fire mage / hunter / ww monk (if he did not have a lot of procs). IQD + potions + Korayn and this lego and numbers soar into the sky, just be careful with aggro. Pre blure or ask for BoP or use Shadowmeld.
Referring to Avade and Psycho, you want to have pre immo aura and Unbound Chaos buff,
then proc first strike from glaive / felblade,
fel rush through pack,
hunt,
rush again,
beam,
meta and then as usual, by this moment you have immo aura and one more rush should be available again.
I would recommend using this legendary with a momentum build because of the good synergy. Necrotic wake, Sanguine depth are the best dungeons for it, although others that have large pulls are fine.
not to be completely anonymous, I am from a different region. I myself am 2400 rio, semi-casual, just a couple of times a week we get together with friends.
