Anybody seen the quartermaster lurking around anywhere, or am I out of luck until the pre-patch is over and Shadowlands has launched?
AFAIK, Icecrown is currently in a different phase for the pre-patch event. I’ve seen a few other posts complaining about missing NPC’s in the area, so unless Zidormi is looming around somewhere, I think you have to wait for the event to be over, unfortunatly.
