Apocalypse spell

Hello,

I have a problem with Apocalypse spell ability. Sometimes it doesnt trigger at all in certain areas for some strange reason (I managed to cast it in some dungeons). And yes I do apply full stacks of festering wounds and no i dont have that PVP talent that preventing me from summoning the ghouls. Any thoughts on whats going on here?

Any help would be appreciated.

Is your ‘Apocalypse’ spell part of a macro by any chance?
I’ve noticed that it can sometimes change the Tooltip or /cast to the weapon ID “Apocalypse”.

Happens all the time, do you know a fix?
