Hello,
I would like to sincerely apologize for my behavior, which resulted in a communication penalty on my account. I deeply regret the statements I made, which may have come across as offensive or inappropriate.
My words were harsh and spoken in the heat of the moment during a stressful PvP situation. While this is not an excuse, I hope it provides some context. I fully recognize the importance of maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment in the Blizzard community, and I take full responsibility for my actions.
In over 20 years of playing Blizzard games, this is the first time I’ve received any communication-related penalty. I have always valued the community and tried to be a respectful and positive player. This incident does not reflect my usual behavior.
I fully respect the Code of Conduct and the EULA, and I am committed to adhering to them moving forward. I’ve reflected on my actions and can assure you that this kind of behavior will not happen again.
With that said, I would kindly like to ask if it would be possible to reduce the duration of the penalty or issue a final warning instead. Also, could you please clarify the exact length of the current suspension? The message I received states that it is temporary, but no specific end date was provided.
Additionally, I would like to point out that the communication restriction has removed my access to the Group Finder system for PvE content such as dungeons and raids — even though the issue occurred during a PvP match. I completely understand the restriction on chat and messaging, but losing access to core PvE features seems to go beyond the intended scope of a communication penalty.
Would it be possible to restore access to the PvE Group Finder while keeping the communication penalty in place? This would allow me to continue enjoying the cooperative aspects of the game without undermining the intent of the restriction.
Thank you very much for your time and understanding.
