I would like to know if it’s possible to still acquire the differents Appearances and Tints for Kingslayers like the title suggests, if so, which ones.

You can acquire all of them except the mage tower appearance and tints, though if you have the mage tower one beforehand you can still acquire the tints.
I also think you can’t get the +15 balance of power tint? But don’t quote me on that.
EDIT: So to be clear, unless you did the mage tower before BFA hit, you cannot get any of the Ghostblade appearances.
And I don’t think you can get the red tint for Heartstopper, but again, do not quote me on that.

I can still get it even though there are honor levels now?
level 1 prestige is the same as what honor level?
I think you need to get to honour level 50 to get that tint.
ok ok, sorry to be bothering, but do you know if i got the appearence in a character will it show on other character from other server?

If you have multiple rogues, the appearances and tints unlock for them all, they are account bound.
I assume since the honour level system is account bound, you’ll get all the various honour level skins on other characters too. At least that is how it works with the “this side up” achievement.
But you’ll only be able to use the assassination rogue ones on rogues that are specced assassination.
So, long story short. You only have to get the tints/appearances once.
