Really, why?
Blizzard doesn’t know how to deal with the any degree of criticism apart from asking chatGPT to write an automated response on some messages.
But you won’t be banned, you need to write something more spicy. I was banned for more direct an elaborate insult on their design choices and game design capabilities.

I did get a 1 day suspension it all depends how they take it so better safe then sorry imo
I think with me it was always 5-7 days.
One day when during SL Priest could DC you almost with 100% chance or desync your position to yourself, your teammates, enemies and server, blizz ran an AWC and I made a post about this bug, and 10 minutes later I got a suspension for a week.
You could, but you got updated tooltip instead.
