So, I want to go to Arathi and just farm rares for transmog. But I have a couple of questions. First, do all rares drop gear or only couple of them? Second, how many times can I loot rares? Can I loot one rare once or can I just farm them all the time? Third, how many percent I have for dropping this gear?
This is quite a good guide to the WF in Arathi and includes the rares in it. You can only kill the rares once per cycle to get loot. Well you can kill them repeatedly obviously but you know what I mean.
I can’t say what the drop rate is exactly…
But after one run through Arathi killing all the rare… I got 4 armor items.
You can get duplicates of course… I got 2 bracers…
All can drop gear.
Once per Warfront cycle, per alt (@ 120). Now uh as for the Warfront cycle, it can be confusing.
From experience, it’s not particularly low, but you could kill a fair few rares and get nothing. It’s RNG and random, but the pre-set rate doesn’t appear to be overly low.
Two guildies got a different mount each on one run through of the Darkshore. I wasn’t so lucky. I haven’t got any of the Arathi ones either xD.
