I cannot complete BOOM! Treats and The Blacksmith’s Fate as the zone seems to phase out and the area is completely devoid of NPCs, even the Skyriding Glyph disappears.

P.S. Yes, I know this is Hallowfall, but it may affect Azj-Kahet too
I would have no idea how to apply that, little bit out of my depth considering that fix is specific to that Hallowfall quest, I wouldn’t know what to change. Thank you for the suggestion though!
It may not fix your problem, but it’s an easy thing to try. Two minutes.
Walk in to the door of the Orphanage at Meleldar 41.8 55.4 and talk to Alyza Bowblaze.
If she has a “You can join me in the Hungering Pool again.” option, use it.
Otherwise, I’d suggest making an Support Ticket. Zones shouldn’t be empty.
