Arc Discharge tooltip bug?

As elemental on the Stormbringer hero talent “Arch Discharge” the tooltip says: “Tempest causes your next 2 Chain Lightning or Lightning Bolt spells to be instant cast and deal 40% increased damage”.

I tried on a target dummy and only one LB/CL is instant, instead of the two. Is it a bug or the tooltip is wrong? Or i misunderstood the description :smiley:

Didn’t played too much with the Stormbringer hero talents before, how it worked before the patch?

Yes, it’s probably just a typo.
