Arcane and why this weeks nerfs were unwarranted & Mage/Class PvP hotfix feedback

if you die to a warrior as an arcane mage you should be reported for trolling

you have a total of 6 blinks, you can knock his charge as he connects, perma slow and root him, or just decide to tank his dmg with alter time

DK is somewhat good, but a good dk will likely lose to a good Mage. DH gets spam rooted and sits the root in narnia

again. ur so dumb. we are talking 3v3, not 1v1. Every lobby all these 3 classes are in. I know cuz i play as dh as alt and it’s broken. Just smashing buttons and I win.

As a mage u don’t have ways to get away after pullend then fel rush and blades all together. I don’t know why I waste my time with a dh that defends it’s class. First to get 2400 in solo and u complain. Slap ur self if not i will.

Alter time > Shimmer > alter time back (shimmer resets) > shimmer > shimmer > displacement blink back to previous location > shifting power > shimmer again

Alter time is dispelled in no time. You take shimmer against melee and you die in next storm bolt. Displacement is also purged by the way.

sure it is, with 5+ other trash buffs from healer. I mean maybe you do it, which is great, that makes you a good priest. But 95% of all shamans and priests forget purge is a button or end up spam purging while their team is dying. I’ve tried the same on my priest with ppl ending up dying cause spending globals to purge over healing can make you lose sometimes

relax buddy it’s just a game we get that you prefer hiding in stealth both ingame and on checkpvp although you forgot about armory that exposes your 0 games played this season in 3v3 and your 1.2k shuffle rating

i also play mage as an alt so im giving my opinions, but its boring to argue with complete donuts who dont even play the game and barely got accepted for a janitor job due to beginner English levels

anyway, I think Fire needs more tuning than Arcane does, I would say give Arcane more reliable damage

I have never ever seen a situation where a trash buff is dispelled instead of alter time. Maybe I am the unluckiest mage in the world or maybe the algorithm works differently.

I don’t know what made you think that you can tank arms’ damage. The real scenario is that it’s almost impossible to tank any sort of damage even if you are against a quest mob my friend.

yeah fire was so bad, with the endless mana build, knockback, disarm, spellreflects, anti interrupts, and immune to slows

oh and kill ppl with 2 pyroblasts, im sure im forgetting something, after all wotlk fire was one of the strognest firemage version we ever had

I’m sure all the frost mages on the wotlk leaderboards forgot to switch their spec to fire after ending their 7th clear of ICC25hc to be ready for arena when they log the next day.
