I just noticed when I am arcane spec shaman bl and mage time warp stacking %80 haste for 40 sec . But it doesnt working on frost spec anyone noticed this?

It works on every spec of a mage, you just have to press TW twice… once to activate actual BL and second time to activate talent.
Its the middle bottom row talent in the class tree
