Dear Blizzard,
Fix bugs with arcane familiar and clearcasting showing as active when it’s not.
Also please make chrono shift baseline ability(or replace impetus with it). It was arcane’s core ability for many years now and it’s just weird without it in open world without war mode or in dungeons etc.
