Clearcasting uptime is dramatically higher, burst is good and realiable, cc and utility arsenal has tripled with class tree, mobility is good, survivibility is good.
The dmg is high if setup properly, but not overly opressive and without giving enemies a chance to respond.
Really enjoying my arcane and will probably main it for DF.
