Right now arcane power doesn’t feel like big CD anymore, its only 10 seconds, affected by the GCD and works against our clearcast procs due to the % mana cost decrease.
Why not change it to something like this,
Arcane Power: Increase damage done by 30%, the chance to proc clearcast by 15%, reduce the mana cost of all spells by 30%. In addition upon casting arcane power, immediately grants a charge of clearcast
I reckon they should just make it like Combustion.
It feels crappy atm, you lose more than 1/10 of its duration simply because of the GCD. And if you don’t have PoM/Clearcasting up, its gonna be a further 1.5 secs before you actually fire off an Arcane Blast.
Still feels damn strong with overpowered imo. Maybe an azerite trait that gives you a charge of PoM when you cast it?
I agree, It feels a bit iffy right now. Probably because of the GCD.
I doubt they will change it though.
