There is no major inconvenience.
You accused people of not playing arcane and talking here. At 1.7k rio you can’t say you play arcane, maybe that you tried. At that level arcane is bad anyway, as the packs fall really quick, managing cds is a hell until 21-22.
The set is fun, with a nice spell animation and a passive buff that is in favor of good groups.

Why season3? it might be fun but not the best in performance.
S1 was before rework and looks bad.
S2 is huge passive buff for burst windows and manapool.
S3 looks good for cleave but 2p bonus is nightmare…you need to maintain its uptime with some rng…and that st rotation much worse.
imo.
why would anyone choose season 3 over season 2
