Realistically, I don’t take 9 out of 10 archmage players seriously- that, however, is connected to the fact that said 9 out of 10 archmages are either humans below the age of 30 or humans who use magic very recklessly. There’s more mage RPers, and fittingly, they get a little carried away with titles and the power their character could have (despite being in their twenties and not Jaina or Khadgar) so it’s more likely for them to take on a title that seems fairly grand, if widely spread.
