Arctis 5 Sound Problems with WoW

Hi, i bought a Arctis 5 Headset. While im in game, game sounds are so far away from effects. Something like someone yelling me from 10 meters away.
I couldn’t solve this problem and this makes me paranoid. I had Razer Kraken USB before and i hadn’t any problem with it.

I sperated Arctis’ game-chat settings between apps. WoW → Game, Discord → Chat like this.

DTS X active from Windows,
Distance Filtering Check not active in game,
Game Sound Output → System Default (I changed it on Windows Settings)
Sound Channels → 64 High
Sound Cache → 128MB

How can i solve that?

wouldn’t be surprised if it’s some setting in the headset’s software. maybe virtual surround or something. a lot of the time software “improvements” to audio can have the opposite effect. try turning off everything in the program and go from there.

Nah, not worked. I guess cheaper equipments are have best quality. They’re better than branded gears.

Edit : How can i turn off 7.1 from WoW Settings?
