I think they are more good than neutral but without know alignment it would be impossible to say 
That’s a weird way to phrase it.
Having more space is always a plus but at some point, it becomes less about the bag space and more about the player.
And some players complain that 36 slots aren’t enough.

More bag space is always welcome, especially if you’re running old raids just picking up everything that vendors or AHs while you’re after mogs without having to see that “inventory is full” message.
That said, DF makes bag space more valuable since it throws so much crap at you… I’m sitting with 166 bag space but it still doesn’t feel enough. Even tidying it up I’m at 105 of 166.
The bags easily pay for themselves, hell the 32 slot bags go for 100g which is next to nothing, a single gold WQ or two would pay for 4 bags so I have no idea why you’re intentionally gimping yourself.

Fill the rest with the Azureweave Expedition Pack - 34 slot general bag
And be a Vulpera for the extra +8 space
And the +4 more slots when you add both the Battle.net Authenticator and Battle.net Phone Notifications to your account
And you will still not have enough bag space!

i dont even know what “Keystones” are. Can’t you just go to the bank every time and change your equipment, instead of carrying 2-3 sets around? if you do dungeons with the dungeon browser, you need to wait anyway to find a group, no? (i dont know about raids)
and there are mounts ingame, where you can sell items at the npcs. I don’t know much about the game, but i know there are dungeons and raids, where you can also use mounts und call the vendors.
If you are a druid, play every specc, and try min/max stuff + do PvP on the side; Yes, 100 times Yes.
I’ve also played for 20 years, and have lots of nostalgia things (that I cant get back, or are BoP), so I use full bank + void storage as well…
Every slot counts.
I hate bagspace 
I’ll be honest I’m sitting with an average of 60-70 free slots with 32 bags and if you’re like me you’re probably not going to get a lot out of those extra slots, either way I have an abundance of free space with or without them
I do actively use the personal bank to keep it that low admittedly but its usually a minute of work because I update my inventory regularly

But my bank is full of snowballs and preserved holly… I don’t have room for gear!
Ways to mitigate “INVENTORY IS FULL!” without returning to a vendor or the mailbox, or you can’t mount;
– Pets:
- Guild Herald/Page [Vendor] and Argent Gruntling/Squire (with Bridel upgrade) [Vendor/Bank/Mail], neither share a cooldown with eachother.
– Toys:
- Ohuna Perch and Katy Stampwhistle, both are Mailboxes but share a cooldown.
– Engineering
- Jeeves for Vendor and Bank access, MOLE-E for mailbox.
– Racials
- Goblins for Bank, Nightborne for Mailbox.
Of course having more bag space means less frequency to use them, they all have a cool down between 2 to 8 hours… up to you.

Bag space is obligatory if you dabble between different activities with one char. E.g. I play all 3 roles plus Speed Set plus PvP, and have entire bag packed with gear and consumables. I have a load of temp stuff for in-progress pets/mounts. Plus some achievement and quest items. Plus some garbage like incapsulated destiny, Zskera Vaults stuff, Ponzo stones yada yada yada. Basically, I have 3/5 bags filled with garbage I can’t throw away. And I farm old raids on weekly basis which makes my bags full almost 24/7.
So yeah, every slot is valuable. At least for me.

if its just 2 more slots then i likely wont really bother, after all i can sell junk on my mount and mail stuff to alts.
34 slots or a bit less is just fine.

I seem to got 32 slot Lightless Silk Pouch on all chars and theyre hardly ever full, I dont do much besides que for pvp from town tho. I guess could always have bigger bags tho, 36 why not, go for it man.
