I want to buy all the mounts. If I have, for example, a human character, can I buy them all (gnome, elf, dwarf, etc.)? Because only the Stormwind quartermaster shows the purchase icon, not the others. Or do I have to make a character of each type separately?

You need to do a lot of daily questing but you can collect all i have them but 100marks for each.
Long grind but yes you can collect them on any character.

Yes, you can buy them all on your Human. It just takes a lot of daily quest grinding to unlock all vendors. Expect it to take months.

I already thought I had to level one character of each race.
The first faction will take 8 days of dailies - after you’ve done ‘‘The Valiant’s Challenge’’, you get to pick a different faction - and each faction at this point requires 5 days of dailies.

When you clear the Alliance vendors, you will automatically also learn/acquire the Horde equivalent as collectables are mirrored. The only exception is the Companions from the Horde racial vendors, for those you still need to do the grind on a Horde character.
Or buy them off the AH…
I’ll give you a tip - start doing the Argent Dungeon on Heroic every day while doing the dailies. You’ll gain a total of 3 Crusader(CHampion?) Seals from it, which will speed up how fast you can buy the mounts/pets.
And if you have a paladin, I’d recommend using it for the Tournament, as you’ll have access to another mount - the Argent Charger - that you can only buy as a Paladin.
