Its since more than a month that assa rogs talents are full of bugs, is there any info somewhere where they mention regarding fixes?
Or we just have to deal with it, that this clownfiesta gonna last whole s3 due to incompetent devs.

I wouldn’t expect any fixes, the execute bug in delves has been going on since Expansion launch 
you’re better off re-rolling sub / outlaw or class swapping at this stage.

Rogue has no developer, no bug fixes are expected. You got your free 1 week of assa rogue play at the start of the season, now you reroll to Frost DK if you wanna play melee or Hunter/Mage if you wanna play range and get unnecessary buffs left and right.
Expect nothing and you won’t be disappointed.
