I have done several heroics now since DMF launched, with the book in my inventory, and have yet to see a single one of the artifacts drop, also haven’t seen any in AH either, are they just bugged and not dropping? I seem recall them being all over the place in original cata.

They do drop. On the AH on Golemagg there are plenty of them. And i already got 1 to drop as well.
That’s weird, I did like 10 heroics today and never saw a single one.
